ABOUT THE ROLE

The Full stack Research Engineer is responsible for designing and developing AI/MarTech applications across both front-end and back-end, while actively contributing to research and experimentation of new technologies. The role combines full stack engineering skills, AI framework knowledge, and R&D mindset to transform prototypes into production-ready products with a focus on performance, security, and scalability..

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in AI/MarTech, SaaS, or startup environments. Hands-on experience with Web3 applications or blockchain integration.
• 3–5 years of experience in full stack development (front-end + back-end).
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Rust, Go, Python, Node.js) and one frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular).
• Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), data pipelines, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills, fast learner, and passion for emerging technologies
• Ability to bridge research and product development, turning prototypes into scalable applications

• Develop fullstack applications (front-end & back-end) to support AI/MarTech solutions.
• Design and optimize data pipelines, API integrations, and microservices for scalable workflows.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for continuous delivery. (preferred)
• Experiment with algorithms, enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with R&D teams in prototyping and productizing new AI/MarTech technologies.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the full stack.
